- Customer Handling. Build relationship with customers and internal stake holders. Situation management from RFQ to EOP timeline. Product understanding and Techno commercial selling. Forecasting customer growth and related business sales. Manage financial targets – sales, margin management and AR. Drive business targets – sales, net booking, commodity, tooling & DVP recovery and margin management. Provides timely feedback to leadership team regarding performance. Manage key stake holders within and outside company. Commercial knowledge in Sheet metal Process & Assembly Welding process tooling’s. ECN Monitoring and commercial recovery from customer as per changes. Regular Tooling and testing payments follow ups from customers. Coordinating with internal CFT to meet customer requirements and project timeline. Commercials target achieving as per KPI’s.
