      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment towards common objectives and motivating members through effective incentive schemes
      - Design strategies to enhance closing rates while bolstering client satisfaction and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs
      - Create a robust follow-up system for potential clients who didn't initially enroll to maximize conversion
      - Monitor team metrics to ensure adherence to organizational expectations and address underperformance strategically
      - Coordinate training and professional development efforts while forecasting recruitment needs to ensure teams are adequately staffed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in the pay-per-lead or marketing services industry
      - Demonstrated experience in scaling small sales teams and implementing sales operational infrastructure
      - Ability to drive the sales pipeline process from plan to close, with excellent mentoring and leadership skills
      - Familiarity with CRM software (Go High Level) and comfort analyzing sales metrics at a granular level
      - Highly motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

      - Experience working with both inbound and outbound sales representatives
