      Your Next Great Adventure

      The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to drive strategic growth and ensure the achievement of home sales targets. This role plays a key part in developing and executing sales initiatives specific to new home construction, while fostering a high-performance team culture rooted in exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Sales Manager will also oversee sales office operations at the divisional level, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and the adoption of technology tools to support day-to-day success. A strong candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead and motivate the Sales Team to meet division sales and closing objectives.
      • Monitor market and competitor activity to maintain market share and track trends to optimize margins.
      • Develop and execute community-specific sales strategies using the "Five Ps" of Marketing.
      • Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of top talent, including NHCs, trainees, and administrative staff.
      • Execute sales and marketing aspects of new community startups.
      • Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance.
      • Ensure team-wide adoption and effective use of technology.
      • Provide coaching, problem-solving, and support to the Sales Team, ensuring effective communication with Construction Managers.
      • Implement sales promotions, resolve escalated customer issues, and foster collaboration between homebuilding, mortgage, and title divisions
      • Prepare sales reports and contribute to sales meetings and marketing initiatives

      • Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office
      • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in a sales management role, demonstrating strong leadership and a track record of driving team performance
      • Valid driver’s license and successful background check required
