      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and job sales
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals
      - Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
      - Provide gold standard account management to host accounts, ensuring long-term relationships
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3-6 years of previous sales success required, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
      - At least 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in technology, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
