Job Description

- Serve as the external representative and advocate for Paysafe’s product solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospective clients who align with the Company’s offerings.
- Deliver structured, persuasive, and professional presentations of Paysafe’s products and services to potential clients.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking to arrange meetings with target organizations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements to achieve established sales targets.
- Coordinate with newly onboarded clients to monitor go-live timelines and marketing launch milestones.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions to increase conversion potential.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from both new and existing clients via phone and email.
- Educate clients on upcoming product features, enhancements, and promotional campaigns.
- Serve as a liaison between Merchant Support and Marketing teams to support new and existing business partners.
- Deliver regular updates on sales performance to the line manager.
- Achieve annual performance goals and KPIs as defined in collaboration with management.
- Drive expansion by onboarding high-value enterprise merchants.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years experience in a business development or similar sales role, required. Experience within payments, preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the payments industry, with particular expertise in wallet solutions and acquiring services
- Extensive background in the sports and entertainment sectors
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining robust sales pipelines
- Exceptional skills in client relationship development and management
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Committed to maintaining a high standard of work ethic
- Proactive and resilient in overcoming challenges
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environments
- Skilled in trend analysis to deliver scalable, client-centric growth strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Technical proficiency: Solid computer literacy with strong knowledge of internet applications, email platforms, Microsoft Office, and Windows operating systems
- Core personal attributes: Courteous, communicative, loyal, and collaborative in team environments.
