      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate contact with target customers and implement lead generation strategies to expand market reach
      - Prospect and qualify sales leads through outreach, trade shows, and industry events, responding to RFPs/RFQs
      - Utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of the full product portfolio
      - Collaborate with sales representatives to nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities
      - Facilitate communication between US customers and project management teams at the German headquarters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in consultative technical sales, ideally in the packaging industry or related fields
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, business administration, or a related field
      - Ability to effectively sell complex products requiring detailed technical explanations
      - Strong customer service and negotiation skills with organized work habits
      - Experience in a global or international setting, including cross-cultural collaboration, is a plus

      - Background in the packaging sector with an existing network in the industry
      - Experience with capital goods, machinery, or industrial equipment sales
