      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth by selling transload and cross-dock services tailored to client needs
      - Manage a client book of business, focusing on service expansion and upselling
      - Actively pursue new leads and engage with decision-makers to generate business
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to meet revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Develop and implement a sales plan while working independently and with the operations team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-10 years of demonstrated sales success in 3PL, intermodal transportation, transload, and cross-dock services
      - Proven sales and communication skills, including consultative sales and contract negotiation
      - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets
      - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing client engagement
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and departments

      - Experience in consultative sales with a strong track record of nurturing long-term business relationships
      - Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry, particularly in consumer products and metals
