      POSITION OVERVIEW

      The Sales Manager – LA28 Olympic Games will be a core member of On Location’s premium sales team, responsible for driving corporate and high-end suite and hospitality package sales for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role combines strategic sales planning, B2B prospecting, relationship development, and CRM management, supporting our ambitious revenue goals and partnership engagement strategies across key venues and industries.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Lead proactive B2B sales of luxury suite and hospitality packages for the LA28 Olympic Games.
      • Support the development and execution of On Location’s sales strategy, including venue-specific sales phasing and cross-venue client prioritization.
      • Manage and grow a qualified sales pipeline through direct outreach, inbound leads, venue referrals, and strategic partnerships.
      • Build and present compelling sales pitches using advanced digital tools (e.g., Channel 1), storytelling content, and customized decks.
      • Drive collaboration with LA28 venue partners acting as sales agents, tracking referrals, and ensuring proper attribution and commission protocols.
      • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM (Salesforce) records and provide regular reporting on sales activity, lead status, and pipeline progression.
      • Work in close coordination with marketing, sales enablement, and experiential teams to align messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
      • Partner with global stakeholders to align Olympic messaging, brand standards, and package positioning.
      • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets tied to LA28 premium experiences.

      Sales Outreach & Engagement:

      • Develop deep relationships with high-value prospects, C-suite decision-makers, and premium buyers across sectors including entertainment, tech, finance, and HNW individuals.
      • Utilize email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings to build trust, generate interest, and close deals.
      • Represent On Location and LA28 at key events, activations, and Experience Center appointments.

      TRAVEL

      This role requires adaptability to travel as needed, including venue site visits, regional client meetings, and key LA28-related events. Must be available for extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak sales windows. Local and domestic travel up to 20% may be required.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s Degree.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B hospitality or premium sales, preferably within sports, live events, or entertainment.
      • Proven success in high-touch consultative selling.
      • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital presentation platforms.
      • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence C-level buyers.

      Preferred:

      • Familiarity with Olympic or large-scale sporting event sales.
      • Knowledge of the Los Angeles sports and entertainment market.
      • Relationships with existing suite holders or premium buyers across LA venues a plus.

      Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.       Hiring Range Minimum :

      $75,000 annually

      Hiring Range Maximum:

      $100,000 annually
