      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own revenue outcomes for new client annual recurring revenue (ARR)
      - Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 quota-carrying Account Executives (AEs)
      - Hire and onboard new sales representatives with clear ramp and accountability plans
      - Build, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for discovery, demos, follow-ups, and closing
      - Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and campaign alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or healthtech
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong coaching, operational, and communication skills with a data-driven approach
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and other modern revenue operations tools
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with multi-product SaaS offerings
      - Demonstrated ability to shorten sales cycle times through effective process improvements
