What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow relationships with a large portfolio of travel agents and concierge partners
- Develop tailored engagement strategies to activate new and dormant agent accounts
- Oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and support pipeline generation
- Identify growth opportunities within the partner network and recommend relevant offerings
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, generate reports, and analyze sales metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel, cruise, or tourism industry, preferably in sales or business development
- Deep understanding of the travel agent ecosystem, including retail agents and host agencies
- Proven success in managing and growing large partner portfolios using a relationship-first sales strategy
- Familiarity with cruise line operations and group sales processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience coaching or managing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or account executives
- High proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot Sales Enterprise
