What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the assigned market and achieve business objectives, including strategic growth and increased market share
- Consult with Exclusive Agencies to develop strategic business plans and provide operational advice
- Communicate Allstate messages to agencies and assist in creating action plans for operational adjustments
- Prospect and recruit agency candidates in accordance with market deployment strategies
- Track performance against strategic business plans for the market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of related experience, with a preference for sales leadership
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess market conditions, trends, and indicators
- Licenses to obtain: P&C, Life/Health, & Series 6, 63, or 26 within 90 days
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven record for obtaining business results through effective internal relationships
- Property & Casualty/Financial Services experience
- Knowledge of Allstate policies and procedures
- Designated Supervisory Principal experience is a plus
- Strong business knowledge and ability to develop effective relationships across functions
