What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the assigned market to achieve business objectives and increase market share
- Consult with Exclusive Agencies to develop strategic business plans and improve agency operations
- Communicate Allstate messages effectively to agency owners and assist in creating actionable plans
- Prospect and recruit agency candidates in alignment with market deployment strategies
- Conduct consultations both virtually and in agent offices, with occasional travel to business conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of related experience in sales leadership
- Strong business planning, consulting, and analytical skills
- Ability to assess market conditions and trends
- License requirements: P&C, Life/Health, & Series 6, 63, or 26 (to be obtained within 90 days)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Property & Casualty/Financial Services experience
- Proven record of achieving business results through effective internal relationships
- Designated Supervisory Principal experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
