What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the pursuit team from receipt of RFP through kickoff and submittal, managing drafts, deadlines, and deliverables
- Create marketing materials including RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, capabilities books, and case studies
- Collaborate with the Sales Marketing team to contribute to departmental initiatives and strategy meetings
- Develop visual and written content while utilizing graphic design skills with Adobe InDesign
- Ensure the creation of consistent and compelling marketing materials to keep the employer top of mind with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Communications)
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with strong graphic design skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, especially when working independently
- Inherent curiosity and resourcefulness to creatively problem-solve

- Proven ability to adjust to different work styles
- Samples of graphic design and/or layout work, particularly proposals or presentations
