What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex data and generate conclusions and recommendations for sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Maintain and update sales hierarchy and roster in relevant systems, including Salesforce and QAD
- Create and manage commercial, contract, and sales operations reports and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Support contract management and lead key commercial operations initiatives for process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline commercial operations processes and assist with complex sales flows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or another analytical function
- Strong background in a multi-disciplinary environment with high flexibility
- Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
- MBA or Salesforce.com experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity
- Experience in contract management and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
