      Position Summary:

      The Commercial Operations Analyst - SFDC Super User is a critical business partner working with the Sr Manager, Sales Enablement. In this role you will ensure dedication and adoption of SFDC to enable high sales productivity and customer engagement to meet our business objectives. The role will be working very close with our global sales and marketing teams to capture best practice, user feedback on development opportunities while securing a continued strong partnership between the functions. Being a part of global Commercial Operations you will take an active role in how we maintain, deploy enhancement and supervise successful adoption and use of SFDC in IES.
      • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
      • Manage and work the AIG Salesforce support queue by promptly triaging issues, answering end-user questions, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents in a timely and customer centric manner
      • Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and partner perspective on operational processes, and deliver clear solutions to collaborators
      • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
      • Create meaningful Commercial Operations reports and dashboards that supports the worldwide Sales organization
      • Conduct user training and provide process documentation in partnership with Global Sales Training team
      • Prioritize and cultivate a positive user support experience
      • Support SFDC data analytics in collaboration with the Global Commercial Analytics team
      • Evaluating new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
      • As member of the Sales Operations team, support team goals and objectives and support in different areas where needed
      • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of releases
      • Assist in supervising data quality and integrity and complete data migration/cleansing projects
      • Take the initiative to improve support processes, decreasing delivery time, and improving customer satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities


      Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required
      • +3 year of Sales Operations experience is preferred
      • +3 Years detailed Salesforce knowledge as Super User
      • Expert Excel knowledge, comfortable managing large files
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Project management skills
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work independently and as a team member with superb communication skills
      • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce sophisticated administrator certification.
      • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
      • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
      • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
      • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
      • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and leading access.
      • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
      • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
