What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, improve, and train on point-of-sale entry systems
- Lead the implementation of automated allocation systems and analytics using Easy Territory software
- Develop customized reports for sales management using PowerQuery and PowerBI
- Support sales organization activities with channel partners and CRM-related training
- Maintain knowledge of various systems/programs to troubleshoot and support learning in the field
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong writing, spelling, and grammatical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI and SAP
- Familiarity with sales operations and point-of-sale systems
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of supporting sales organizations and training initiatives
