What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the workflow process from quote to order, identifying problems and resolving them efficiently
- Maintain data integrity for key accounts and assist in processing orders and requests
- Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success representatives to facilitate order and product delivery
- Serve as a liaison for customer issues related to orders, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc project work and data entry duties as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience with Salesforce.com
- Two (2) years of experience in Sales Operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Salesforce.com
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
