      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate and communicate key sales metrics to empower leadership in developing effective sales strategies
      - Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to highlight performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related business area
      - At least 3 years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Proficiency in databases and spreadsheet applications
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

      - Familiarity with training coordination and workflow management
