      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and support to the compensation team and partners in assigned markets and regions
      - Analyze compensation and manage solutions for producer and sales inquiries regarding payment or contractual issues
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation disputes and program oversight for Sales and Producers
      - Collaborate with various business departments to perform gap analysis and develop problem-solving tactics
      - Prepare ad hoc reports for internal clients and assist in compensation program design and execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of insurance or related experience, preferably with carrier and financial experience
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or 7+ years of equivalent work experience
      - Experience working with Brokers, Sales Representatives, and leadership
      - Proficiency in CRM tools and systems such as Salesforce, STAR, and Tableau
      - Strong analytical abilities and excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
