What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales compensation plans to drive key business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to set quota targets aligned with business priorities
- Manage internal compensation tools, reports, and models
- Lead compensation reviews, budget tracking, and sales recognition principles
- Calculate, review, and approve incentive compensation payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years' experience in telecommunications or technology customer service
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Incentive Compensation Management systems, Anaplan, etc.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading a team of direct reports
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance reporting and results tracking
- Prior experience in sales operations, quota setting, and compliance
