What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Account Executives to implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the Enterprise Sales team
- Refine the process for intaking and prioritizing requests to reduce friction in the sales pipeline
- Identify pain points for sales representatives and develop effective solutions
- Work cross-departmentally to execute improvements that increase revenue and profitability for Enterprise customers
- Champion and embody the organization’s cultural principles as the company scales globally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of experience in a Sales Operations role or similar growth/operations roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication skills with senior leadership (AVP+ levels)
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with the sales technology ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage business and technical projects from start to finish
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- High ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and business leaders
- Experience as a Salesforce administrator is a plus
- Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma best practices is a plus
