      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute change management strategies for new tools and processes
      - Partner with Sales Leadership to create impactful roadmaps and initiatives
      - Drive operational strategies to scale the Global Sales team, focusing on process optimization
      - Collaborate with the Salesforce Systems team to enhance workflows and communications
      - Design operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and propose growth solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles
      - Proven success managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users)
      - Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth Salesforce CPQ experience
      - Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is a plus
      - Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash systems (Netsuite, SAP, etc.)
      - Previous project/program management experience
      - Familiarity with Product Management and Six Sigma is a plus
