What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain dashboards and models to monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and KPIs
- Analyze sales trends and historical data to support territory planning and forecasting
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing user setup and reports
- Optimize sales processes to align with government buying cycles and procurement workflows
- Lead initiatives to document and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Over five (5) years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in the public sector or transportation-related industries
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and CRM reporting
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and contract vehicles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for data enrichment, lead scoring, or sales forecasting
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams
- Comfortable leading change initiatives and training sales teams on new tools and processes
