Prior experience in sales operations, sales support or project management

A day in the life.
As our Sales Operations Specialist on the Corporate Sales Operations Team, you’ll bring strategic sales-related initiatives to life. This role works closely with the Corporate Sales Leadership Team to identify, build and deliver on best practices and strategies to create alignment across our regions and drive revenue for the firm. Additionally, this role will proactively manage and report on relevant sales metrics, as well as suggest business strategies based on those metrics.
In this role, you will lead groups of Regional Sales Operations colleagues from across MMA who will contribute to your role’s initiatives and will support the deployment of programs in the field.
This position will have a direct impact on revenue performance of MMA overall, helping to deploy best practices and data that drive efficiency for sales leaders and producers alike.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,030.00-$112,035.00 The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
