      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the sales order cycle for assigned regions, ensuring timely creation and review of purchase orders
      - Provide guidance to internal teams for resolving variances and enhancing operational efficiencies
      - Enforce purchasing standard operating procedures and ensure compliance to minimize company liability
      - Process orders through the ERP platform, including drop-ship and special orders, in a timely manner
      - Track and fulfill product-related line items and manage return authorizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, sales operations, or logistics
      - Strong knowledge of internal controls and experience in process implementation
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational abilities
