      The Role
      We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our expanding Sales team. In this role, you'll manage our Salesforce CRM, streamline sales operations, and play a key role in reporting and marketing campaign success. If you have a passion for data management and enjoy optimizing processes, this is the perfect role for you.

      What You'll Do
      • CRM Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our Salesforce CRM, especially during company changes like mergers and acquisitions.
      • Territory Optimization: Help manage balanced, efficient territories for 20+ sales directors.
      • Reporting & Analysis: Support the creation of reports and dashboards for the Sales and Marketing teams.
      • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing to track and optimize campaign performance.
      • Sales Enablement: Assist in responding to RFPs, maintaining proposal templates, and preparing presentations.

      What You Bring
      • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM management (Salesforce experience preferred).
      • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas).
      • Familiarity with marketing tools like ZoomInfo and Pardot is a plus.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
