What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overall excellent customer service to assist with customer requests and resolve potential issues
- Support the sales team by managing the order process within internal systems
- Provide shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers
- Collaborate with the Accounting department to support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Facilitate return requests with customers and manufacturers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High-level organization and time-management skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Financial skills and background
