- SALES ANALYTICS
- Track, monitor, and report ongoing sales performance
- Aid in Developing and operating scalable reporting
- Provide accurate analysis related to customer sales trends, weeks of supply and inventory analysis
- Provide frequent, time-sensitive, ad hoc insights to inform executive decision-making
- Track and analyze key promotional plans, new programs and tests
- FINANCIAL FORECASTING
- Work with the Sales team and Sales Planning Manager to create full year sales forecasts
- Help build and maintain reports to track annual sales performance vs. Financial Plans
- Utilize customer Point of Sale (POS) data to identify opportunities and assist National Account Managers in adjusting plans to meet and exceed annual goals and objectives
- VISUAL & PRESENTATION CREATION
- Support the creation of impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, etc.) that effectively communicate financial projections, drivers, performance, risks, and opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-4 years of sales support, sales analysis or sales operations experience
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) including ability to utilize pivot tables, V-lookups, filters, and summarize data graphically.
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and story-telling
- Passionate about making the complicated simple
- Ability to manage large data sets and distill down to concise, actionable insights
- Able to communicate information clearly and succinctly
- Effectively manages time and resources to ensure that work is completed on time & efficiently
- Detail oriented with the desire and capacity to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build stakeholder trust

The Sales Planner will work across multiple business groups in support of reporting, analysis, forecasting and communication of sales performance and high impact business initiatives to drive data-driven decisions and profitable growth. Key activities will include developing insightful reporting, assist in financial forecasting, and helping the Sales team track new programs. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Planning.
