- Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales leaders to provide planning and operational support for key sales initiatives. Lead material preparation for customer line reviews, new item submissions, and promotional activities. Strengthen retailer relationships by ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Sales Planning: Assist with monthly forecasting and S&OP processes, monitor and propose adjustments aligned to distribution and promotional planning.
- Retailer Portal Management: Maintain and update customer and non-customer-facing portals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Customer Onboarding: Manage new customer onboarding processes for FDM, distributors, and key accounts, including distribution paperwork and system setup.
- Promotion Governance: Oversee the customer promotional campaign set up in the ERP system to ensure accuracy. Prepare and review with sales leads related deduction validation and analysis.
- Reporting/Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, develop actionable reports and tools, provide data driven insights and guide process improvement.

Job Summary

This role serves as a cornerstone of sales operations, overseeing technical documentation, item maintenance, promotion management, portal updates and compliance, and other operational processes aligned with strategic sales goals.
