What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a domain strategist in driving overall sales origination
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout the sales cycle for Sales Operations services
- Collaborate with teams to ensure scaled services for Sales Operations are considered in deals
- Develop trusted relationships with clients to understand their challenges and needs
- Support solutioning, value architecture, deal structuring, pricing, and contracting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale business development for BPO/Operations in Sales Operations
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B and/or B2B2C Sales Operations functions
- Proven track record in delivery of services such as seller support, deal management, and sales performance analytics
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships
- Passion for business development in a fast-paced environment
