POSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Professional is responsible for maintaining and expanding dealer relationships & organic growth. This position will support dealers and work with sales support staff to maintain all brand programs, volume requirements and image standards.
JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES•Maintain good relationships with dealers (customers and prospects) through phone calls, emails & personal visits.•Growing territory through personal sales activities•Understand the economics & gross profit of a deal, for each individual dealer (consignment, commission and by the load), and work with sales support on pricing.•Understand all current & new industry related technology requirements.•Help sales support with brand standards in assigned territory.•Communicate brand standards and programs to dealers.•Maintain sales pipeline through CRM.•Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS•Bachelor’s degree is preferred.•Previous retail dealer sales experience is desired.•Extensive travel including overnights is required.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
