- 7+ years of experience in global, complex and service project incl. leadership, with at least 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role.
- Proven expertise in various IT services portfolio.
- Strong understanding of Customer process, public procurement procedure, active won deals with final accomplishment
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of business process optimization and digital transformation mainly in public
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, governance, and compliance
- Strong communication skills to engage with C-level executives and technical teams alike.

The Account Business Management organization deploys and delivers account-based
business support services consistent with enterprise standards and common
processes. ABM provides the foundation that ensures the controls, processes, and
tools are in place for the consistent and integrated execution of our account-based
business support services.
The Account Business Manager (ABMgr) is a key member of the Customer-facing
Account Team providing a single point of accountability for the delivery of ABM
functions to the account. The ABMgr works closely with the account, partner
organizations, and delivery executives to ensure Customer satisfaction, financial
performance, contract compliance and efficient business support operations.
The ABMgr provides business management guidance from pursuit, through transition
and transformation, to steady state operations. In each account, the ABMar is
accountable for the key ABM functions and is responsible for ensuring clear ownership
and accountability of the Account Governance model.

Key Responsibilities:
The ABMgr is responsible to ensure that the ABM Scope of Services to their account(s) and customer(s) are being delivered, regardless of which organization or entity is bdelivering them. The ABM scope of services consists of a core set of responsibilities for all ABMars along with a set of responsibilities which will be negotiated between the ABMgr and the Account Executive (AE) or Account Operations Manager (AOM}. This negotiations will be an ongoing process dependent on the collective skill set of the
Account Executive leadership team, as well as the size, complexity, and scope of services provided to the Customer by the account.
