  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  - Proven success in launching transformational quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
  - Ability to quickly understand business priorities and extract insights from data
  - Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
  - Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and documentation
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
  - Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
