What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source a high volume of Real Estate Agent prospects using various sourcing tools.
- Employ creative research methods to identify hidden talent in the real estate sector.
- Ensure a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience when transitioning prospects to Recruiters.
- Monitor and track progress of sourcing strategies, providing updates to key stakeholders weekly.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and timelines.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Sourcer, preferably in an in-house recruiting role within real estate or a high-growth startup.
- Proven ability to engage talent and convert passive prospects into candidates.
- Experience sourcing for sales roles, Real Estate Agents, or other high-volume positions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High sense of urgency in managing sourcing tasks.
- Experience in sourcing talent for high-volume roles in fast-paced environments.
