Job Description
- Req#: JR-58343
- Establish rapport and build professional relationships with different stakeholders (hiring managers, applicants, etc.).
- Conduct end to end recruitment activities for entry-level/junior sales positions.
- Source for and conduct initial interviews for senior sales positions.
- Ensures that Recruitment Trackers and related reports are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Ensures that applicants have accomplished Workday-related tasks in connection to their job application.
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of the team's deliverables
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the volume hiring and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
