      About the Role

      The Sales Recruitment Analyst is responsible for fulfilling the manpower needs of their assigned Division/Area.

      Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Establish rapport and build professional relationships with different stakeholders (hiring managers, applicants, etc.).
      • Conduct end to end recruitment activities for entry-level/junior sales positions.
      • Source for and conduct initial interviews for senior sales positions.
      • Ensures that Recruitment Trackers and related reports are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
      • Ensures that applicants have accomplished Workday-related tasks in connection to their job application.
      • Other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of the team's deliverables
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
      • With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
      • Experience in the volume hiring and fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
      • General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
      • Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office

      Minimum Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
      • With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
      • Experience in the volume hiring and fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
      • General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
      • Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
