What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies and sales plans to grow the employer's business in Latin America and South America
- Achieve annual sales quotas and profitability goals for all product lines
- Instruct and counsel sales partners to drive strategic activities and build capacity within their organizations
- Monitor and assess product line sales performance and strategic KPIs with sales partners on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create tailored sales strategies for the region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business management
- 5 to 8 years of sales management/technical experience in plumbing-related products
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the plumbing industry or related market
- Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the industry

- Experience working with contractors, engineers, and distributors in the plumbing industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and market share
