  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop sales objectives and strategies to meet organizational goals within the assigned territory

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - University or College diploma in business
  - 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  - Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Broad knowledge of the Medical Device Industry
  - Ability to guide customers through learning curves of novel products and procedures
  - Experience in managing budgets and forecasts effectively
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  - Willingness to travel approximately 25% for business purposes
