      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and present technical proposals on Anesthesia products to meet customer needs
      - Engage with potential and existing customers, GPOs, and IDNs to expand or retain sales
      - Analyze customer systems and needs, developing tailored solutions
      - Implement strategic business plans that align with customer goals and long-term sales targets
      - Collaborate with Medline teams to keep customers informed on product enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of relevant experience
      - Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
      - Previous experience in hospital and/or healthcare sales
      - Proficient in CRM software and intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
      - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within a team setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the Acute Care Anesthesia market
      - Experience in a full-cycle sales environment
      - Proven track record in developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
