      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow and develop an assigned territory by calling on surgeons in their offices and hospital operating rooms
      - Make daily calls to acquire new customers
      - Demonstrate products to surgeons and explain their medical and fiscal benefits
      - Prepare and deliver product quotations
      - Maintain a territory plan and train on new items to present to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of similar experience
      - Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
      - Experience presenting medical devices and surgical products
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in outside sales with the ability to drive and travel extensively
      - Background in cold calling and full-cycle sales experience
      - Familiarity with multiple product lines in the healthcare sector
