What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in a defined territory
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to multiple decision-makers
- Prepare professional bids and price quotes while addressing customer needs and issues
- Stay updated on product specifications and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
- Participate in trade shows and industry-related associations to promote products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of similar experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Attendance in formal sales training courses
- Experience in healthcare sales or related fields
- Strong closing skills and demonstrated problem-solving aptitude
- Familiarity with healthcare textiles and environmental services
