      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end users within the assigned territory
      - Conduct sales calls and manage vendor relations with all customers and potential customers
      - Research competitor and industry activity, keeping informed of new products/services relevant to customers
      - Manage pricing within the territory to control profitability and maintain accurate reporting
      - Communicate customer issues or potential problems to the supervisor and perform other assigned tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the sciences
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry or lab experience
      - Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
      - Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet
      - Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed
