      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and retain a quality residential client base including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
      - Compile lists of prospective customers and execute a call plan to secure new orders
      - Assess client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet those needs
      - Attend industry functions and community events to enhance visibility and brand awareness
      - Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create local marketing content and drive sales strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential title or real estate industry
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
      - Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
      - Valid driver's license required
