What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer partnerships
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and margin targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service to improve retention and long-term loyalty
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for all assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers’ representatives to promote and sell products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven sales experience in Packaging and MRO
- Experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, or safety products
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
