What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make over 300 outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers.
- Understand and address the regulatory needs of businesses while introducing them to the employer's SaaS products and services.
- Propose tailored SaaS solutions based on specific business requirements.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the employer's products and services to effectively meet client needs.
- Maintain the integrity of customer and company information by adhering to policies and procedures.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with business decision-makers.
- A hunter mentality with a track record of reaching and exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and track activity.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Quick learner with the ability to articulate value to prospects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling a high volume of outreach.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to feedback and growth.
