      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, close, and onboard new media partnerships to increase revenue
      - Generate qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting within the first 30 days
      - Conduct a minimum of 12 discovery calls per month to identify client growth objectives
      - Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in Pipedrive with weekly updates
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role
      - Proven track record of closing deals in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including writing compelling emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive and strong follow-through in pipeline management
