      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, close, and onboard high-value media partnerships to increase revenue
      - Generate a consistent flow of qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting
      - Conduct discovery calls to identify prospects' growth objectives and align solutions accordingly
      - Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy with regular updates to pipeline status
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including writing compelling cold emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Pipedrive, and strong follow-through in pipeline management
      - A hunter mentality with a relentless drive to grow new advertiser partnerships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Demonstrated ability to innovate and test new outbound strategies or verticals
