      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and close high-value media partnerships to drive measurable performance marketing outcomes
      - Generate a consistent flow of qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting
      - Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to identify and align on client growth objectives
      - Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in pipeline management
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
      - Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs, such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including writing compelling cold emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive and strong follow-through in pipeline management
      - Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on urgency and ownership to exceed sales goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Demonstrated ability to innovate outbound strategies or explore new verticals
      - Previous involvement in cross-functional collaboration for post-sale success
