      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and onboard new advertiser partnerships to grow revenue and achieve performance marketing outcomes
      - Generate a consistent flow of qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting within the first 30 days
      - Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to align solutions with prospect growth objectives
      - Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in pipeline management
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including writing compelling cold emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Pipedrive
      - Must be a proactive and results-oriented professional

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Demonstrated ability to innovate outbound strategies and expand partner footprint
