What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and generate leads for dental practice transactions
- Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers in practice sales
- Manage closing requirements with lenders, attorneys, and accountants to meet deadlines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Travel to various locations for meetings and practice showings across Ohio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a commission-heavy sales position
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to confidently address and resolve issues
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple schedules
- Comfortable working from home and being a self-starter
- High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to make cold calls
