What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and present Heartland Payments solutions to business owners and Financial Institution (FI) partners
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with assigned FI partners through regular visits and communication
- Utilize CRM platforms, including Atlas and Salesforce, to manage client records and sales activities
- Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments to meet sales quotas
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively support clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client sites
- Background check and drug screening will be conducted post-offer
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
- Ability to work in the field at least 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or financial services
- Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
- Experience with pipeline lead management
- Professional demeanor and high integrity
